Some ways to enjoy our Pepper Spreads...

Bridget's Baked Chicken

 

8 oz. Red Pepper Spread

4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts

Egg Wash (2 Eggs & a splash of milk)

Panko or Seasoned Bread Crumbs

 

Dust chicken breast with flour, then into the eggwash. Next, dredge in bread crumbs. Brown both sides in a frying pan, and then place chicken in a buttered casserole dish. Cover with a jar of pepper spread and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

 

 

Flavored Cream Cheese Spread

 

8 oz. Jalapeno or Habanero Spread

Brick of Softened Cream Cheese

 

Blend together the Pepper Spread and cream cheese. Refrigerate untill ready to serve.

 

 

 

Sweet & Savory Grilled Chicken

 

8 oz. Red Pepper Spread

2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast

 

Marinate chicken overnight with half of a jar of Pepper Spread. Then grill the chicken as desired. Just before serving, be sure to smother the chicken with the remaining spread.

 

 

 

"Kicked-Up" Carrots

 

4 oz. Habanero Pepper Spread

2 c. of Carrots Thinly Sliced

1/4 Stick of Butter

 

Cook carrots untill fork tender and then drain well. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add pepper spread. Return carrots to the pan and stir to coat.
